ABOUT US

Pathway Baptist is a church family in Fayetteville. We desire to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to our community by  sharing the hope that comes only through the power of His Word.

We are a growing group of believers who gather together for fellowship, prayer, and study of the Bible. We are focused on reaching out to Fayetteville one person at a time, one relationship at a time.

We want to grow stronger together in Christian community, as we help each other draw closer to God.

We'd love to have you become a part of our community!

WHY WE EXIST

These are the three things that we focus on here at Pathway. In our pursuit of these, we trust in the Lord and follow His will.

FOCUS ON THE WORD

The Bible is the blueprint on how we should live our lives. We strongly believe that if we follow the Word that we will grow stronger as a community, and close to God. We rely heavily on what the Bible says so that we may not stray away from the path that God has set before us.

FOCUS ON GOD

As long as we keep our focus on God we can not stray. God has set forth a path for us to follow. He has a very specific set of plans that he wants us to follow, and it is our mission to follow His instructions as closely as possible. We understand that we all fall short of the glory of God. We pray and work everyday to do our best to live for Him.

FOCUS ON EACH OTHER

Love for one another is crucial as we grow stronger as a community of believers. We feel that engaging in fellowship is something that God has called us to live in daily. If we continue to reach the lost and broken and extend grace, God will bless us for our efforts.

creating a community that is equipped to bring Christ to our city

OUR TEAM

Jeremy Flanagan

Jeremy serves as the Founding & Lead Pastor of our Church. Jeremy and his wife Jessica are graduates of the University of Arkansas and moved back to Fayetteville to begin Pathway. Our church started as a small group Bible study in their living room and has continued to grow. They have a passion for seeing our Pathway family make connections in the community to share the love of Christ.

Mitchell Neldon

Mitchell serves as the Executive Pastor at Pathway. He and Carrie are both graduates of the U of A and have been a crucial part in building both our college and youth ministries. Mitchell oversees our small group leader development, our FUSE teen ministry, and other management roles within our church. Much of our church's heart and vision come directly from Mitchell's leadership.

Jack Cross

Jack is the director for Thrive Student Ministries at the U of A and also helps guide the direction of our church ministries. Jack and Karen moved their family to Fayetteville to join our team. His experience in various college, youth, and pastoral staff ministries brought great value to his leadership role in Fayetteville. Jack has a passion for personal discipleship and seeing this generation become active in their faith.

Larry Fincher

Larry serves as Pathway's Chief of Staff and is a co-founder and Director of HomeBuilders Ministry, a ministry focused on building families on Biblical Principles. His and Lorinda's leadership has a tremendous impact on our staff and church family. Their experience in church ministry, family development, and the corporate world bring a wealth of experience to guide our leadership teams.
